Vital Spa Circuit Experience:
The hotel has an impressive 5000 m2 wellness center, where you can relax in the water circuit and thermal baths.
DYNAMIC POOL with jets for hydromassage with effects of muscle relaxation, sedation, improved elasticity, toning, slimming and decongestant of the circulatory and lymphatic systems. After 10 minutes in these waters, a dip bath in the cold water pool is recommended.
SAUNA: Dry air bath at more than 80º C that causes intense muscle relaxation, favors the elimination of toxins and the desquamation of dead cells of the epidermis, stimulates digestive and renal functions and decreases the perception of pain. We recommend sessions of 5-10 minutes except for very exhausted people. Finish with cold contrast in showers and / or sinks.
JACUZZI: This therapeutic pool has jets for the cervical, lumbar region, shoulders, thorax, abdomen and extremities. It acts at the vascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal, nervous and functional organic level, which translates into relaxing, stimulating and toning effects of the organism. After heat therapy, the contrast bath in the cold water pool is recommended.
TURKISH STRAM BATH: Wet air bath at 40º C and 99% humidity. It is recommended not to exceed 10 minutes and finish with shower and / or cold pool.
FOOTBATH: Activate the circulation of the feet. Alternate jets of hot and cold water. Indicated in venous and circulatory problems.
RELAXATION ROOM: Room with which the spa circuit ends. Equipped with thermal loungers for rest and relaxation. It is enhanced with a dynamic chromotherapy system.
